We have a lot of experience in this market and have several buyers from all over the WORLD who continue to buy cars everyday. We always put are customers first with an honest opinion on what they are trying to buy along with bid amount. This is very important to us, especially with so many company's that just want the deal and then hit you with the high selling prices. We spend your money like it is our own and we want the smartest buys. We strive to create a good working client relationship. There will always be something that you didn't see on the auctions pictures so take my advice look over pictures in detail spend time and do your homework. We accept Certified Bank Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers and Cash. There will be a 3.5% gratuity on all purchases made with a credit card. Payment must be received and cleared within 48 hours. All sales are final. AS IS CARS MUST BE PICKED UP FROM AUCTIONS. OUT OF STATE BY THE BUYER AT HE BUYERS EXPENSE. If car is bought in Ohio, we can have it transported to our facility, and can be picked up anytime during regular business hours Mon thru Fri. 9am to 5 pm. Sat 9 to12. There will be NO storage once it has hit our facility. We understand that some places will not help or work with transporting companies, however we are more than happy to help with loading and work with transporters for shipping. This will need to by done by appointment only.

There is a 20% deposit of bid amount required to bid on vehicles. Deposit is 100% refundable if car is not won/awarded. If vehicle is won/awarded and no other payment is received, the 20% is non-refundable and used to pay re-listing fees for vehicle.

These are the copart fees that apply for per vehicle.
There will also be a 49.99 title and processing fee. Sales tax will added where applicable. All Ohio residents must pay sales tax. Ohio dealers are tax exempt

There is also a internet fee. This fee is based upon the high bid amount: a fee of $35.00 for sale prices from $1.00 up to $999.99, a fee of $50.00 for sale prices from $1,000.00-$1,999.99, a fee of $75.00 for sale prices of $2,000.00 or higher.

Gate Fee
A $30.00 Gate/Loading fee is assessed to all vehicles. This fee covers the movement of the vehicle from Copart’s sale/storage facilities to the buyer’s loading area. For buyers whom are picking up the vehicle up with vehicle transporters, this fee covers the time and manpower required to assist the driver in loading the vehicle onto the truck. Drivers are 100% responsible for securing their load at all times.

Additional Fees (if applicable):
If a vehicle and all applicable fees are not completely paid within 2 business days of purchase including the sale day, a fee of $50.00 per vehicles will be assessed. In addition, storage will begin to accrue on vehicles at the rate of $20.00 per day after 6 days, including sale day.
